These are more like tested working prices. Yes a truly suicided board is easily made to be working, but I don't think a suicided board is worth working price. There is a possibility of battery explosion, as well as something else that's wrong with the board but appears as a suicide. I have several B boards in my possession which show a solid color screen but are not able to be revived. Photos do definitely help, especially of the board opened up.
