Metal Slug 3 Arcade Artworks Vectorize

Hello people. I have already started to vectorize Metal Slug 3 artworks. I finished it. But i need the actual measurements for the instructions.
1- Main marquee
2- Instruction Sticker
3- Mini Marquee

I will need the detailed exact measurements for those 3 artwork.
Please check the pictures for before and after process.

Superb- being a designer myself I know how much work it is doing this sort of stuff. Instruction sticker is 16" long by 2- 3/8" wide. I think the mini marquee's may be the same- I have MSlug 2 and a couple others. They are all 4- 7/16" wide by 5- 3/8" high. My MSlug 3 marquee doesn't match any of the pics you have here, but for what it's worth it's 23- 5/8" long by 9.5" wide.

Thanks for the info. But please can you tell me the as CM or MM. I can convert 16" to CM but i really doesn't know what is mean 2-3/8"

1 inch is 2.54 cm i know. How can calculate the 2-3/8" ?
