Hi everyone
My name is Kenneth and I'm from New Zealand
I just bought my first arcade machine and ran into a problem.
I bought a Offroad Challenge arcade and on the pcb is a chip with the number
DSP 1991 Texas Instruments 33pin
number TMS320C31PQL60 and the second number EE-75A1NHW, that chip is broken and I just wanted to know if there is a replacement chip or can I buy a empty chip and program it or does anyone have one that I can buy.
