MK1 Prototype Board Version 4 minor white static on one map

I included a screenshot of the map it is happening on. On occasion I see patches of small white dots like static. I have seen this happen before with other games when an EPROM is failing. Any idea what eprom it could be or any other ideas as to the cause. Trying to avoid pulling them all and testing because I have gorilla hands. I always bend the pins a little when removing them.

For me it's normal on this game. All the MK1s I've tested have this if you look closely. And this phenomenon is also present on one or two other maps (I think).
