Hello,
I am attempting to get my Jansen MK30 ADCAP super gun to work and I’m 50% failing
I have gotten video to work… but no audio and it’s driving me crazy.
Setup:
I have the supergun (mini-din to scart cable) connected to an ossc which connects to an oled TV (hdmi cable). No matter what game I hookup no audio, but get perfect video (tried different cables, tvs, made sure ossc Tx set to hdmi, etc etc)
I think my issue lies in the scart cable…
The scart cable is actually made up of two cables as I guess I had to convert in from an scart input to output setup:
- mini-din to Female SCART Cable
- Male to Male SCART cable
I moved a few Wires on the mini-din to Female SCART to make it an output and I think I may have done it wrong:
- moved ‘composite video input’ to ‘composite video output’ (pin 20 to 19)
- moved ‘audio in right’ to ‘audio out right’ (pin 3 to 6)
- moved ‘audio in left’ to ‘audio out left’ (pin 2 to 1)
Anyone know how I should have done this? Should I have just left the audio cables as in? Do I need to move the ground? Thanks
