Doesn't have a drive or keychip. Seems to power on fine. The top metal cover may be missing (or I may find it).

No idea what it's worth given it has no game, so MMAO and get it out of my closet!

Haven't yet. But it's probably around here somewhere. If I find it later I'd shoot it along your way.

Yeah, they have that weird Ringwide not ATX but similar connector on the edge.

I'll take a Pic in a few.

Ring wide is jus 12 volt and ground. From my mind left to right first 4 pins ground and other 4 12+

But keep in mind that the 12 volt pinout on the front switches inside . As the filter board flips the wiring . No issue but just good to know
