SOLD Modded Sega MegaDrive Model 1 - TV and Region Switch - OptionalOverclock

Hi All,

Selling out a Sega MegaDrive Model 1 I modded some time ago with the following features:

1. Retro Signal Grey and Signal White look.
2. Ice Blue Power LED
3. TV Region mod
4. 10Mhz Overclock mod is present but I have disable it internally as I saw it was messing up some of my favorite games.. You can just solder a wire and re-enable if you want or I can re-enable it for you before shipping on request.

What's the other switch for? I see two, guessing one is for 50/60Hz, and the other?

Why not hook up the overclock to a switch?

Yes! The overclock is hooked to a switch and the switch is inside the console! I did not put it out of the system because I just used it without the overclock! You can complete the mod with making the hole for the switch!

Thank you for the compliments, Yes I worked on it very long to get this quality! The amount of work I put in, I believe this is a very fair price!

The Other switch is for the region mod = JP / US

What's the paint quality? Will it scuff / scratch easily?

thank you! Umm the quality is good for normal use.. I have put it carts and moved the on off switched etc.. It will not scratch unles it is hit with a sharp object! also check out the showreel :

Thank you for the appreciation! looking at the demand I will build you a new one if you like.. Let me know.. I designed the Silver Chrome letters logo on my machine and got them printed in a nearby printing store in Japan!
