Hello, I am really new to arcades repairs so bare with me. I picked up an area 51 site 4 arcade. After replacing the power supply and powering on the unit, I had sound "very very poor quality" and the player one and two buttons seem to work fine. Now the problem. The image on the screen is missing a lot of data so much so you can barely even understand whats going on. When I hit the test button and go into the menu at the top of the screen in red and readable it says "select test" and at the bottom in green and again readable alot of information. Now anything in between the top and bottom portion of the screen is not readable. If i go to the monitor test i can make the screen full green,red, and blue just fine. At this point i installed a cap kit and replaced most of the transistors in the monitor. Thinking this would help but no big difference. I wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem like this.
