Hi guys, this time I'm working with this untested MS-2934 chassis I need to bring my chassis-less Crazy Taxi to life, I'm trying it in a Naomi Universal Cabinet.
It does mostly work, it came it with a bent anode clip, and was missing green but found it was because of a light crack at the neck board, patched the traces and green came back
Now the other issue it has is horizontal waviness, and fizzling / popping noise from the anode, this is the anode clip I've bent in several ways to make it fit the tube hole but somehow I can't figure out what's its proper shape, does anybody know? rubber cap was already a bit cracked but on the inside.
No matter the way I bent and attached it, it would always make a slight fizzy noises, and changes on the noise seemed to correlate with horizontal waviness in the picture, so I replaced it with an oldschool clip from a new generic flyback - couldn't fit the metal cap on it so left it like that.
Then turned it on, and not much did change, still similar noises and waviness. Also as it was before, upon power up there is a lot of intense waviness that slowly improves 15 minutes after, but it does not seem to go away, this is the best it gets to look:

This is the previous clip that I would like to use if I knew how to bend it
Any tips to improve anode connection? is the waviness really related to it?, I'll be trying with some dielectric grease. Thanks!
