Ms. PacMan (original hardware) - no pacman/ghost sprites showing

Just took this out of storage, everything works great, plays, sounds great - except instead of the sprites for Ms. PacMan and the ghosts - they are colored blocks.

Any hints on what chip I should check?

For my issue - 5F was the suspect - I pulled the EPROM, verified it in my chip burner (it was fine) and then reinserted it, and voila! Working again!
