MS9-29 Sync issues

Hey all,

I have 2 MS9 chassis and the one I have been using started playing up so I've removed it to send for repair. I have installed my spare one which was previously serviced by a professional here in Australia.

I can't seem to get it to sync with all my PCBs though.
-My PGM works fine with no issues
-CPS1 games work but with some intermittent glitching
-CPS2 games have sync issues

Anyone have any idea what I could adjust to get this chassis working with all my games?

Have you tried the H. Hold pot on the chassis?

Whats doing my head in is that some PCBs are fine:

PGM is 15.62kHz refresh 59.18Hz - Fine!
Neo Geo is 15.62kHz refresh 59.18Hz - Fine!
CPS1 is 15.62kHz refresh 59.63Hz - Slight glitching
CPS2 is 15.60kHz refresh 59.79Hz - Major glitching

I did trying the H.H.15 pot yeah but I can't get CPS2 to settle
