The NAC manual indicate that the AC 100V OUT and the Degauss wires coming from the PSU and going to the monitors chassis are 20awg / UL1007 (red for the demag/degauss and pink and light blue for the AC). In my case, the chassis itself do have thicker wires (AWG1
, different UL type (1015), and different colors (red-orange for the demag and black and white for the AC).
To my opinion, there should be the same type of wire on both sides of a connector but maybe in this case, the chassis is giving heat that's why Sega added some different wire types. How does the wires looks like on your chassis?
