MVC2 Error 1 & unknown title

Hi everyone,

I have a defective MVC2 cart that gives Error 1 and shows unknown title in the test menu. Contacts look ok but there seems to be a repair on it, may it be the problem source?
Is there anyone who can repair Naomi carts here, or can someone recommend somebody (prefered in Europe)?

The jumper wire is normal. Most carts have it.
