MvC2 in a Vewlix clone wont finish boot

Hey guys. Messing with one of my Vewlix clone cabinets and I ran into an issue. When I boot it up, it goes to the white Naomi intro and then reboots. Upon reboot, it does it again but the interval is shorter. Reboot, repeat getting shorter and shorter each time. Picture is clear and the sound is fine but it wont boot into the game. I know the stuff works fine because I played it on my SuperGun just a few days before I sold it last week.

Any suggestions?

Reseat everything. Sounds like a power thing though.

I tried it again with a completely different setup, including the mobo, IO, wires and game and got pretty much the same result. It booted, ran for a few and then reboot. So, I guess the first place to start will be replacing the power supply with some a little better.
