CPS2 only has one kick harness pinout, on the A board to the right of the JAMMA connector

Unless you're talking about the CPS changer/1.5 hardware?
I think he is talking CPS1 C board like SF2CE

Not sure how the Lydz multi handles kicks, I assume on these 2 connections labeled P3 and P4

i am referring to the hardware indicated in the topic of the thread.

There is a CPS charger version of Street Fighter Alpha/Zero that is included in this 32 in 1.

CPS Changer is Capcom's consolization of their CPS1 hardware.

Thanks.

Street Fighter 2 games use P3. I tried all the pins on P3 and P4 on alpha/zero and they didn't seem to do anything.

4 buttons are available by default.

2 punch + 2 kick.

Light Punch and Light Kick are missing.

I'm not a huge alpha/zero fan but I want to understand the unit and the is no documentation that i am aware of.

Probably some Chinese handywork where they didn’t include or map all buttons from CPS charger to CPS1 platform?

I’m not familiar with CPS Charger, any idea how these buttons are handled there?

On the filter board like CPS1.5

I'd hazard a guess they aren't connected properly on the conversion as you mentioned

I don't often here on the site, some problems can't answer you, please forgive me.

I’ve had my 32-in-1 since about April last year and recently the Z80 died (it probably committed suicide after playing the same Cadillacs & Dinosaurs level 1 music over and over!) and more recently the graphics have started corrupting. Sometimes it’s the sprites and sometimes the backgrounds. Is this because the voltages aren’t properly regulated? Sorry the screenshots aren’t great, you can just about see the HUD is missing or glitched.

These are the photos of the defective board I got.

I have another board working flawlessly and another of my mate got two other which are all running fine - so I am not saying that these boards are bad - my defective board could very well have been damaged in transit.

This is the photo where the C board custom ROM board seems to have arched a bit:

Qsound board looks customised for ths multi and not sure if it can be used for any other application without modifying it.

I will share the video of the issue with lydz to see if it can be resolved easily in some time.
Do you still have the faulty board?
