My naomi did not work after only two months being disconected.
The fan goes on but the screen is black, no boot up sound or nothing.
Power supply have good voltage.
Tried the board on my tv and it does the same so my i/o board is not the problem.

Anyone have an idea on where to start troubleshoting? :(

Try removing the battery from the board and boot it with new battery

Check the continuity on the middle fan wire from the fan to the board. I had a black screen problem before and it was fixed after re-flowing that middle wire to the fan.

Check the Sun PSU under load. Is it still 3.3v and 5v?

Cut out the super cap and check for any damage/corrosion.

I have seen many Naomi as well as N2 dropping out like this more and more over the last four years. 95% of the time its the RAM around SH4. Yes there are many reasons for a N1 or N2 to die but if the GPU fans spinnin and set has proper power, no one has been dinkin with it, I bet its these RAM. A few times i have had to replace the 27mhz crystal where it just died. A hand full of time the SH4 BGA came loose requiring reflow. Also a handfull of Holley BGAs splitting in half killing set but thats usually just after harsh shipping. Super cap leaking or battery dead won't kill it. So provided no one was messing with pcb when it died, I would lean towards one of those four RAM bad.

Open the case and found a lot of dust packed on the (not turning)small fan, got all the board clean and vacuum all the gunk from the fan.

It's alive!!!! 8o 8o 8o

Is there anyway for someone with a multimeter and logic probe to tell which of the ram chips is bad?

I have no idea in this case, but sometimes defective chips warm up more than others, or the opposite, don't warm up anymore.
So comparing their temperature with an infrared thermometer is something you could try.
