JV I/O is not available separately. It has to be salvaged from a dead 357c or 369 boardset. It's one of the internal sub boards that the NA-JV I/O connects to. The sub board is located on the lower left hand corner of the board set labeled " JV I/O".
I'm looking at an Altera chip labeled "GEX1PLDA" and two unknown chips (can't make out of what they are). This board communicates with the motherboard via usb cable. I'm going to assume you have a 357 with a non working JVS board. Never seen much repair threads but this should be a start.
