Oh hey, I think the board got bent a bit so some components broke .
I had a professional look at it because I ran out of stuff to try, and he got it working correctly except I still have no sound ;/
So that I can live with , at least it's functional !

That board is prone to having color and sound issues due to the leaking surface mounted caps. Get the whole board professionally recapped.
