Namco Super System 22 Tokyo Wars

Hi,
I need some help with a Namco system 22, I'm trying to get a Tokyo wars up and running but I've got a "PALETTE RAM ERROR 00838000" on both sides but I have no idea where is rom is?

Also I'm trying to understand what boards in the System 22 do what? any one worked on theses before any help help would be great.

You have bad palette ram chips or a bad C404 custom that is responsible for palette graphics, https://www.arcade-projects.com/threads/namco-system22-ram-error.12135/post-196155. I suggest replacing the video board ram chips at locations 3H, 2H and 1H (for both boards). These are all near custom C404.

I also suggest cleaning the pcbs, reflow soldering all through hole components (including the stack connectors) and replacing the large case fans because who knows how long they have been left there collecting dust.
