So, I've got a System 10 Taiko Boardset and I'm not quite sure how to wire it up. There's standard JAMMA on a System 10 usually, but this one and its accompanying IO PCB plug into a filterboard on the front. Sort of like CPS1.5 games. Is there an adapter for these, or do I need to come up with..?

Looks like this guy underneath, but both edge connectors plug into a filterboard:

Still need to find an SIF IO PCB, but getting the game running would be a start!

It depends on what game it is (Taiko?). About half the Namco System 10 boards are just normal pcbs that plug in through the Jamma harness. Stuff like Point Blank 3 and Taiko no Tatsujin need extra i/o or filter boards to hook up the controllers they use.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you probably need to look up how Point Blank is wired and that might give you a clue as to how to wire up Taiko:

Blah. Not even remotely the same filter board. Guess it's wait around for a SIF board, then make wiring. Have the schematics, so that's good, just nothing to plug them into.
