Namco System 12 and cheat with the RTC-4543 to unlock all characters and options ?

Hi!

I would like to know if it is possible with an RTC-4543 module on a PCB, program it to make it believe that the time has scrolled long enough to unlock the characters and options more quickly .

Yes I know it's a crazy idea but I lost my characters on my Ehrgeiz when I converted it to JAP .

I don't want to hit 200 hours of play to unlock everything


No one thought of making a Action Replay on Arcade ?

200 hours isn't even that bad. Wire it to a 5V PSU and keep it connected for 8 days straight and you're done.

I have KOFXI on Atomiswave. You need 1440 hours to unlock all characters. That's two months

This said, I can't see any reason why you couldn't reprogram whatever is holding the play time. Has anyone here done it on anything?
