namco system 12 led marquee display, how to do it?

Easy answer, buy a CyberLead 1 cabinet 
Harder answer, search on here as people have covered it before.
You need to track down some very hard to find IO boards if you want it as per factory (once again, easier to buy a CyberLead cabinet)
On the off chance you do have a CyberLead 1 cabinet, then you need one of the supported Namco system 12 boards (only about 8 or so support the Display, the others don’t), you need to hook the PCB up via JVS and the first time you turn it on you will get the option to import the game specific display graphics.
Once all this is done each time you turn the cabinet on it will work as per that video.
