Hi! :)

I am working on a Namco system 12 to be repaired, black screen and does not start, no signal, apparently it is a soulcalibur, without a Keycus chip on the Small PCB.

Therefore Soul Calibur (SOC14/VER.C) (C) Namco, 1998 COH- 700 SYSTEM12 MOTHER JO 11-04-98 Keycus none .

But I would really like to know if it is a soulcalibur, so I dumped the 2 intel chips on the motherboard :)

Thank you for being able to confirm that it is soulcalibur and tell me that version

Hi, how did you dump the roms ? is there any way to rewrite them ? I really need that info to fix my board. Thank you

You remove the flash roms and read them with programmer. You can check from the datasheet if they're eraseable.

It's not Soul Calibur. It's Tekken 3 Ver. A.

I understand better why the game didn't work. X/

The motherboard and protect it with a Keycus & a bios if I want to convert it to Soulcalibur ?
