Nanao MS-2930 Dip Switch Woes

Was able to finally get my hands on a blast city, and it's testing OK with a Jamma 60 in 1 board. Finally got around to trying VGA on the multiboard and find there's no image on the screen.

60-in-1 multi was adjusted to dipswitch 2 (on) for VGA
Plugged in VGA cable into 60-in-1

Set the dip switch on the Nanao 2930 to - 1-off, 2-off, 3-on

Was pretty disappointed when there was no image on the screen. Tomorrow I'll try switching the VGA cable and trying the multiboard on another VGA device, but barring those simpler things, what else could be busted here?

Quick update, I tried a new VGA cable but still no image at all on the Blast City. VGA cable + 60-in-1 Jamma PCB are confirmed working on another screen I have here.. looks like a fault somewhere on the chassis.

Im having the same issue. I can get an image from the jamma harness but i get nothing from VGA. I used a good cable from my other blast city and have the dips the same and nothing. Im using a dreamcast and when i power on the DC i get a blip but no picture
