Nanao MS-2931 vertical collapsed

I need help im freaking out. I think that My nanao 2931 vertical IC collapsed. Does anyone know which is the IC i should look for and their caps area ? I do have new caps to recap it in case is needed but i guess it can also be a failing IC

looks like partial collapse could be cracked solder or a failed passive component or cap.
