FOUND Naomi 1 and 2 Multi BIOS chips

I'm building 2 Naomi machines.
Naomi 1 Capcom Branded BIOS w/ MVC2 EPRD-21577
Naomi 2 w/ JPN BIOS EPR-23605B
The Naomi 2 will netboot, but everything is in Japanese, the Capcom Naomi won't per what I researched.

Does anybody here make localized Multi-bios chips or should I just take my chances with the dude on Ebay from Russia?
