FOUND Naomi 1 or 2 motherboard

Recently got a decent deal on a netdimm for netboot and capcom I/O, just need a motherboard now
Looking to pick one up from someone within Australia for cheaper shipping but if the deals good enough I dont mind paying for international post.
bonus points if it includes a multibios and atx to naomi power cord but I dont mind having to source those seperately.
