Naomi 2 bad IC111 replacement.

Had a friends board for hdmi install and he told me he had a checkerboard pattern, when I ran the ram test I got back a bad IC111. I had a parts board somewhere in the house I just did not remember where, last night I finally found the parts board. The parts board was a victim of bad packing during shipping like 10 years ago, one of the gpus was ripped when the heatsink came off from being thrown aroudn during shipping. Tonight I finally got a chance to harvest ram from it to use it to fix my buddies bad IC111 board.

Harvesting the ram from the ripped GPU parts board. Took all 8 chips off four from the top four from bottom. Then used one to replace IC111 on my friends board.

Tested after the fix and luckily it was just that one ram chip.
