Naomi 2 doesn't boot

Purchased on ebay and got delivered yesterday. My naomi 1 works with the same power supply and cable. Confirmed no sound for Naomi 2. Checked dipswitches to play on 31khz. Fans running. I have no clue. Please help

Naomi 2 needs more juice than a regular Naomi. Check your +3.3V and +5V voltages

Make sure the small fan is working, had the same issue with my naomi 1 and it was just that.
