@guinness1701 sure, if your monitor supports the resolution. Some LCD's even support 15khz, but they're quite rare.

Yes. you can connect an lcd.
The dipswitch number 1 of the naomi mobo enables 31khz or 15khz. No problem.

Yes.
Naomi is JVS only so you'll need to wire your controls to a JVS i/O board directly OR if they are wired to Jamma, have a JVS to JAMMA "i/O/adapter" board
