Naomi Troubleshooting

So I'd like to have two net boot set ups. I have one that works perfectly. My second Naomi has couple random horizontal lines on screen at all times. Occasionally all the graphics on screen will become garbled. This doesn't happen with my other Naomi MB In the same cab using the same net dimm. Any idea what could be causing this?
