Thanks mate, I ordered a couple of PICs from eBay and I'll have a crack. I have access to an old Wellon VP280 and according to the specs it can do these. Fingers crossed

VP280 is a great programmer and should have no issues at all burning those - just make sure you select the correct settings (werejag will be able to help there)
