Please I come to ask some help, so my CMVS got some issue when I start it recently, everything was ok but last time I want to play some MVS I got this , so there is no game launching all I got when I put cartridge there iss this green square screen (see images) , the CMVS came with UNIBIOS 3.1 version.
I'm not sure but I read that it could be the UNIBIOS eeprom or something with the PSU , if somebody can help to resolve this I really appreciate.

PS : as you can see I used it with the 161in1 and an original cartridge, I go the same result.
PS2 : there is some little sound like whistling but not sure if it comes from the PSU nor the CMVS.
