Need help identifying component at Q2 on CPS3 Cartridge

Trying to fix a busted cartridge that's missing a few components; one of them is located at Q2 on the back of the cartridge PCB.

The component has "AEY" silkscreened on it; looking it up, I found a few possibilities, but there seems to be enough of a difference to my amateur eyes that I'm not sure what I should be getting. Does anyone know? Is it the Toshiba SC-59? Something else?

It’s a 2SA1362 transistor

I think SC-59 might be the Toshiba internal model code?

Edit: looks like SC-59 is the JEITA code

Going to try and see if I can find an equivalent locally; if not, will just order off DigiKey I guess!
