Okay so let me explain in detail. I got this from an auction, it was missing a power supply so I bought one from Amazon. It says it needs a 12V supply so that's what I bought. Plugging everything in turns it on which you can see from the pictures, however clicking any of the buttons does nothing and the game system just kinda auto scrolls through a library of games and does nothing else. If I plug in the other arcade controller, which it connects via VGA, the whole thing just shuts down. Even if I start it up already plugged in it just doesn't turn on at all. If it's a power issue which maybe it is it doesn't explain why the buttons don't do anything because they definitely are connected because I found out if I hold all the buttons down at once it does a reset function and reboots the system. So the buttons are being recognized. Another note is that in one of the pictures I hold up a plug that's not plugged in. It may not be plugged in on purpose and I don't see any options that make sense where it would be plugged in. That's about it, I really just want to get this thing to work because I'm curious about it and googling anything about it gives me nothing. It came with a manual but it's not helpful at all. So please help me!
