Need help with video cable/power

Hello all what is the best composite or component video cable thats 8 pin mini den for a "Supergun Minigun 2.5" i know they need to be "XRGB MINI / RGB MODDED NES / HAS pinout" but im having trouble finding one that is not SCART

Power wise I am ordering a HAPP 15 amp powersupply not a "Suzo Happ" 15amp powersupply and its terminal setup is the same between both but unsure how to wire up the input wireing as it doesnt say input on the device or wether which terminal is "neutral" or "line" please help

They're likely all SCART. You have to convert from RGB SCART to composite / component. Use the latter if you value picture quality at all.

You could open it up and see which terminal goes to the fuse (and void your warranty), but honestly, it won't matter in this case. Just wire up one to each terminal.
