Neo Geo MVS Cart or Console? Help please

Hello I have an issue when trying this cart, it is a homebrew of Shinobi and every time I boot this is what happens (see pictures). Could anyone advise if it is the cheap retro (homebrew) or the mvs console. It’s a 1b model.

I have added an image of it on the uni bios v4.0 menu so it can load that. Thank you

Since NeoGeo logo is on cart, yes i think problem is the cart.
Have you tryed other game on it ?
