NeoGeo MVS1C Player 2 Button 4(D) issue (Never mind I'm stupid)

So I've got 2 NEO MVS1C boards and button 4 on player 2 isn't working. I know that the buttons work and the cabling is fine as they work with other boards.

Blah never mind found the problem stupid me I forgot that the ground wires for my extra buttons are not connected to the jamma harness but to my my CPS2 kickharness. So yeah that would explain why the buttons didn't work.
