Net Dimm Upgrade

Would anybody know where I can buy dimm for the net dimm so I can upgrade it to 1GB? I've been reading that some people have luck with the 512 upgrade with Melty Blood, but others not. As I only have a 256mb version I'm unable to play it . Or maybe someone has some extra dimm to sell?

This was my order from Newegg, it was for 512mb total... But use the specs to buy the same only in larger (1024mb) size.
