After doing some research I can't seem to get a direct answer.

I have a netdimm 4.02 and a Naomi 1 Export with rev H bios (Not Multi). When I boot up I don't see the Network Settings in the test menu. Is this because I need a multibios?

No, you don't need the buggy/trash multiBIOS to access network settings (you couldn't pay me enough to install that ghetto fuckery).

Are you sure the Naomi sees the NetDIMM?
Are you sure this IS in fact a NETDIMM (hehe)?! ;)

Looks like this...

"Ghetto fuckery" haha that's good.

As a matter of fact, now that you mention it, when in the test menu I believe the cart reads "unknown cart" or something of that sort. You think maybe it's not making a good connection with the mb or maybe the mb is bad?

Yes that!
You should see the "VxWorks" logo in the top right IF the DIMM is communicating correctly.

I guess I'll shove it in harder haha.
If you continue to have issues, you could test it "case-less" just to be sure.
My Naomi is a bitch sometimes, I put it on the shelf and when I take it back down the cart isn't seen again (remove and reinsert).

Thanks for your help! I'll get around to testing again tomorrow.

I lied! I pulled it out and tested now. Error 34 can't find gateway. Also no vx works logo in the top. I may just have my friend bring his over to test my parts on his setup and vice versa.

Correct me if I'm wrong please.
I assume the Naomi sees the board cause it will let me perform a Dimm Board test. Tests pass and show vers. 4.02
Jumpers are set to NetDimm and not GD Rom.

Still no network settings. None the less. I'll keeps troubleshooting.

Seems like its not fully communicating with the motherboard.
Once the DIMM is installed that "VXWorks" logo appears in the top right of the test menu (only a NetDIMM will do this).

After reading a few more areas, I believe that my mb bios may need to be an updated one.

I was pretty sure H-Export was OK, but that could be honestly I don't remember.
One thing for sure, you DON'T need modBIOS (netbooting is an official Sega function).

are you actually connected to a network?
Nope! I assumed that I would still get the network settings option. And since it was not connected to a network than it would display some "failed" or "bad" errors.

I figured once in network settings I could adjust my settings accordingly i.e. gateway, server etc. to fix said errors.

Is this wrong?

i dont know if the network options show with no network,
but i know on playstation3 based stuff it wont.

Are any of you using the proper screws to hold in your cart/netdimm? I have a fistful I need to sort out and just start throwing in with PIC chips as a public service or something lol.

Two of my four case threads are destroyed, I have two screws installed in the only holes that have any thread left.
I've actually been trying to find a cheap/dead Naomi I could use just for its case, but nothing ever pops up (eBay had a dead one for 85$ WTF).

I did recently look up the screws to order. My netdimm currently does not have any screws holding in to the mb
