NetDIMM Troubleshooting

I'm troubleshooting some NetDIMMs I just picked up. Two black screen, no picture, two boot but throw back an error "target board actively refused connection" or something. I'm using the old python script and NaomiCF. Both DIMMs pass check. I've done several in the past so I'm not sure what's up.

Do they still blackscreen if you swap in a known working daughterboard.

Everything else is a regularly functional piece of hardware

Upping this since I'm still sitting on 4 or 5 non-working NetDIMMs. All were tried on multiple tested and working NAOMIs. I'd probably not be unwilling to send them to someone with more specialized tools to force updates or something too if we can't figure something out

I'd advice you to send them to Ken from @irepairsega.

He'll know how to fix htem.
