New compression spring for Sega OutRun shifter?

i bought Sega OutRun cabaret (mini standup) after shifter just and just stays low gear. It looks like the compression spring kr-1320 does not push the ball against hole in the cover hard enough and needs replacement. I dont seem to find original part anywhere, so does anyone know the measurements of the original spring or suitable replacement part?

Spring was in two pieces. I found bit longer but smaller diameter spring that seems to work fine. Ordered different sized springs from china so I can set it up better later.
