New Game released. Astra Super Stars

Please provide updates and some pics if you can. I need to know if they are 100% ready so I can put this stamp :)

I pulled out the STV and cleared off my desk so I can test these releases tonight.

I started with Astra Super Stars. Keep in mind I've never played this game before and I don't have a kick harness so...

I found 2 potential issues.

1. the MIDI music plays fine and clear but the sound effects come through distorted, this is using the Stereo out pin header, NOT the amplified sound on the JAMMA edge. The STV doesn't seem to have the best sound quality in the world but this distortion doesn't seem to be a problem in other games I've played, I even loaded up columns 97 for a comparison. I don't know if this is normal for Astra but it sounded terrible.

2. Trying to enter the test menu I get this

I can confirm what Twisted said. Game boots and plays fine but does have the messed up game test screen.
 
It boots and works great for me too. Audio seems OK off the JAMMA edge, though sfx do seem loud in relation to music. I think it's just programmed that way.

Anyway I tested SSS, Final Fight Revenge, and this game. All played fine and this one was the only one with the test mode issue.
