My NNC monitor (Toshiba PD2367 chassis) had started to get some white lines on to off the screen after I turned the cab on. All lines disappeard after two minutes, but it was clear that something was not working right.
Was recommended that I replaced the small caps around the vertical section, so I did just that.
When I power on I can hear the degauss working and the yoke is ”buzzing“ like normal + I get neck glow, but no image. Nothing at power up. Nothing when I turn the screen pot on the flyback. Dead... fuck....
Is this classic HV shutdown? Any advice on what to do next? Does anybody know how to measure B+ on a Toshiba PD2367 chassis?
