I’ve gone through the tedious 3-man job of turning the metal frame with the monitor counterclockwise for a vertical setup in my NNC cabinet,
the front cover (with the bezel rotated for tate mode) went back in perfectly with no issues.

When it came to placing the back cover of the cabinet, it wouldn’t fit back in! The upper portion of the monitor metal frame (which is on its side now) is hitting the back cover, the speakers as well seem to have the tube on its way and there was no possible way to put it back in.

Just a note,
ive placed the spacers and washers to the 4 bolts (as shown in the attached manual) on top of the metal frame (on the bolt side). Not sure if i was supposed to have them behind the frame to allow space for the back cover to bolt back in?

You're supposed to mount the back cover first, not last. There's no way to connect the speakers otherwise.

Spacers and washers stay in the same places. So the white spacers go in first. Then you place the monitor down the on the spacers. Then you put the rubber rings, washers and nuts.

Can you take a picture of the monitor frame from the back?

It’s been a while but isn’t there connectors on the front side of the speakers to connect them?

It’s a really tight fit putting the monitor housing back on, it was a struggle for me when I had to do it after changing monitors out. I ended up having to loosen the illumination panel screws if I recall right.

I guess depending on how much slack you have on the speaker wires you could connect the speakers from the back, but it is super cumbersome. You'll also likely pinch the wires between the lower monitor bar and the cover.
