these have been on aliexpress for a while. at least they use the PPU for accurate timing, but the CPU and other stuff is FPGA based (rgb/vga output too).
so @Arcade_Lover did you buy one ? what is your honest opinion ?? i love the real-deal nintendo stuff, but shucks you will catch me playing zelda1 on my mister as well

@Arcade_Lover Would be cool if you can do FPGA PPU for the Nintendo VS System. Just reproduce the whole Nintendo VS System pcb if you can
