NVS-4000 AMP up female connector parts source?

I ended up with an NVS-4000 that took a hit to the face in its lifetime. I am looking to replace the damaged AMP up connector. Does anyone know of a good source for parts like this ? Mildly gorey pics below...

I don't think those are part of the Universal Power lineup anymore, if they even ever were and weren't some custom thing made by/for Sega
