I've seen the cases sell between $40 and $80+ shipping but they very rarely come up and when they do they're usually gone immediately. It's pretty uncommon to see them sold alone mostly because only SOME CPS3s came with the case so there are far fewer cases than boards. This was also before TR Fight stick's fantastic custom made case which I believe will likely lower the value of the original cases since now there is a very nice alternative for a reasonable price.

As for SCSI drives they seem to sell for around $40+shipping

I have 2 good working SCSI drives with cables for trade if you need one.
