Hi there,
I have an original stainless steel Blast City CP from Sanwa and I wanted to add an Astro overlay on it. So I bought one from Alberto. The printing quality is very good I agree but the dimensions aren't. I guess a Blast CP or an Astro CP does have the same dimensions/proportions, so I don't understand why this overlay do not fit proper.
I already saw a few original ones with a very small discard/gap of maybe 1mm on one or two buttons, but this one does also have a proportion issue on the outline. Usually, there is a small marging on these oeverlay, so, they should be a bit smaller.
Do your repro overlay have the same issue? How can I cut the extra which exceeds from this overlay without making any irregularities?
I didn't have sticked it yet, but positionned it to fit the mushromm bolts.
Thanks

Stick it on.
Use a scalpel to cut away the very minimal excess from around the panel.
Use some extremely fine grit sandpaper to smooth it off.
