My intent is to interface the Wii to a JAMMA cab for one game: Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. Seems the US NTSC Wii can't output RGB over SCART, hence the search for the PAL version. I think I need to hold off on this one for a bit make sure what I am going to do will work.
Hope that doesn't put you in a bind, if so, let me know and I'll pay for it.

Overkill for my purposes. It will be jailbroken and stuffed into a cab. Strictly be for function and not form. Once I have all my facts straight, I am pretty sure all I would need is a bare PAL Wii.
